For over 10 years, UBSL has been the exclusive special inspection agency for base building and tenant installation projects performed in Empire State Realty Trust’s New York City 9 building office portfolio of over 8 million square feet. Our Lead Inspectors are assigned to buildings where they develop relationships with building operational staff and really get to know the building systems, construction standards and requirements to help the project and building management teams efficiently sign off projects.
UBSL’s management team Registered Architects (RAs) Professional Engineers (PEs) and Real Estate / Construction professionals understand and embrace the Owner’s perspective and strive to streamline the inspection process to help ensure that lease commitments are met and projects are completed according to plan and on schedule.
As an operator of millions of square feet of commercial office space with a constant flow of lease related and capital projects, ESRT values a partner like UBSL. My personal experience with them is that they coordinate well with the contractors on my projects and really understand an owner’s perspective when it comes to project delivery. UBSL helps to keep the projects moving with timely inspections and they work with the various team members to ensure an efficient close out process.
