As Facebook grew their presence in New York at 770 Broadway and other buildings, UBSL provided special inspections services for multiple projects totaling over 1mm square feet over several years. Projects ranged from advanced office space, cafeterias / eateries, training and group assembly spaces to culinary storage and major office HVAC and office support systems.
Working closely with Facebook’s project management team and their chosen General Contractors, UBSL would coordinate and track special inspection progress on each project to help the team achieve timely and code compliant occupancy of the various spaces.
